Cultural Crossroads Workplace Training PDF Print E-mail

In a time of changing economic conditions, organizations are, now more than ever, trying to increase the benefits and minimize the challenges of cultural diversity in the workplace.  Diverse work teams can lead to broader thinking, improved customer relations and overall higher efficiency and productivity.  But diversity can also create new challenges related to workplace communication, relationships and team building- sometimes leading to intolerance, hostility and workplace dysfunction. These workshop will provide knowledge, tools and case studies to assist with these organizational dynamics.

These workshops offer an important and unique professional development opportunity in the face of a rapidly changing workplace climate. By 2011, some projections suggest Canada will be 100% dependent on immigration as a principal source of labour force growth. We invite you to learn about the pivotal role culture plays in your workplace and its many benefits when it is managed effectively.

We are offering:

These workshops are brought to you with the support of Alberta Employment and Immigration, Foreign Qualifications Unit. There are a limited number of workshops available.
