Organizations in Alberta want to build a diverse workplace with culturally competent staff.  Having the right tools and information is essential to maximize productivity and reduce cultural misunderstandings. 

This workshop is open to individuals from different organizations who are interested to learn about the role culture plays in the workplace.  Participants will also be provided with intercultural communication tools that help build welcoming, inclusive and more productive workplaces.
